Ensembles

The Hutchinson Middle School Band is comprised of five performing ensembles:

• Honor Winds

• Wind Ensemble

• Symphonic Band

• Concert Band

• Beginner Band

These ability based bands perform multiple concerts throughout the course of the school year.  Ms. Martinez conducts the Honor Winds, Symphonic Band, and teaches all beginner brass classes.  Mr. Parker conducts the Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and teaches all beginner woodwind classes.  The beginner percussion class is taught by Lubbock HS percussion director Mr. Stephen Rodriguez.
